Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/4 nos pineapple finely chopped


  • 2 nos green chilly spilt


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 1/4 tsp sugar


  • 1/2 cups coconut,grated


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/4 litre curd


  • 1 litre water to cook


  • 1 tsp for seasoning-coconut oil


  • 2 nos dry red chilly


  • 1/2 tsp mustard


  • 1 sprig curry leaves

Directions

  • Grind grated coconut ,cumin seeds and water ,grind to form a smooth paste.Keep aside.
  • Cook pineapple,green chilly,turmeric powder,salt,sugar with water.When pineapple is cooked,if excess water let it get absorbed then remove from fire.
  • Crush mustard seeds and add to the curry and mix well
  • To this add the curd and keep on flame for sometime.Just for the curd to get heated.
  • Add grinded paste to this and mix well.
  • Add curry leaves and dry red chilies and saute for few seconds.Serve it with rice.
