Grind grated coconut ,cumin seeds and water ,grind to form a smooth paste.Keep aside.
Cook pineapple,green chilly,turmeric powder,salt,sugar with water.When pineapple is cooked,if excess water let it get absorbed then remove from fire.
Crush mustard seeds and add to the curry and mix well
To this add the curd and keep on flame for sometime.Just for the curd to get heated.
Add grinded paste to this and mix well.
Add curry leaves and dry red chilies and saute for few seconds.Serve it with rice.
